Tony: Hi, I am Tony. After spending most of my life losing and regaining weight on just about every commercial diet, I transitioned to Vegetarian in November 2009 and adopted a Vegan Diet mid 2010. I am writing this Blog to share my journey of renewed health and vitality and to help anyone who is struggling with obesity. By changing my relationship with food and exercise and making healthy choices in my life, I have conquered Obesity and I will never have to be on another diet. I love to cook as well as sip Red Wines and great Coffee. I hope to inspire and be inspired by sharing of my past, present and future journey with you all.
